Who EducationPals is for, how we treat children's data, and what schools, employers and team administrators should know about learners' privacy.

This page explains how our Privacy Policy applies to students and to organisations that give their people access to EducationPals. If the two ever disagree, the Privacy Policy applies.
EducationPals is built for adults learning AI skills for work. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, as our Terms of Use say. The service is not designed for, or directed to, children or schoolchildren, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (as the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA, defines them), from children under the age of digital consent in their EU country, or from anyone under 18 in India. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account or given us personal information, email privacy@educationpals.ai. We will delete the account and the information promptly — you do not need to prove anything beyond telling us which account it is.
If we learn by any other means that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data.
We collect what we need to teach: your account details, your course progress, your quiz and practice answers, your notes and highlights, your conversations with Atlas, the AI tutor, and the learner profile you confirm. The Privacy Policy lists everything, and our AI Policy explains what the tutor sends to AI models and keeps.
We do not sell learners' personal information, and we do not use their tutor conversations, answers or notes for advertising or to train AI models.
An organisation — an employer, a school or a partner such as A2X — can give its people access to EducationPals through a team plan or partner access. In that case:
EducationPals is not designed for primary or secondary schools. Colleges, universities and other institutions that offer it to adult students should know:
